Discussion about
3 brokers including Barbara C priced it out. Owner paid 1.3mill and put in $50K, BC said price it at 850 other said 950 and 1.150. Larger apt in the bldg going for 995 - This lady is going to lose a lot of money . Apt looked beautiful but tiny bedroom

don't know. was caught off guard - oh started at 7;30 instead of 8:30 bc of the French Open so I wasn't paying attention. It was beautiful - the living room that is

Oh yes, that's a rerun. I misunderstood and thought that place had an open house today. I was curious as to whether the owner changed the asking price after the show and wanted to look it up..
