Any insight on One Rockefeller?

i looked there last year. very, very nice building and great location. in the end i did not love the layouts (felt there was wasted space) and did not love the finishes in the kitchen. i am single and felt it was catering very much to young families. take a look at the visionaire- i liked the layouts and the kitchens better, glass tiles ect. don't be scared by the location as it is a bit out of the way, but it is gorgeous and near all the subways.
i think both buildings will weather this economic storm when we come out of it

I recall some good discussions about PILOT treatment that is a must read for anyone thinking of buying there.
