calling uwsmom on rental

hey uws100 - i haven't seen 125 west 88th, but it looks like its worth a look. are you considering coops? i've ruled out a couple due to lease terms. haven't really seen any 3 full bedroom places. seen 2 and 2 plus maids room. unfortunately, i'm not sure I would recommend them. we have until end of august so i'm still being very picky. happy to tell you about any if interested. won't be on SE the rest of the night but will check back tomorrow.

actually, I forgot that yesterday we looked at 75 West 75 St, La Rochelle. 3 bed, combo LR/DR that's pretty large, semi open kitchen, washer/dryer, http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/rental/475720-rental-57-west-75th-street-upper-west-side-new-york
very nicely renovated. ceilings are 11 or 12 feet high. 3 real bedrooms (though one is small), they aren't offering concessions, but who knows what you could get when you start negotiating. i'm pretty certain there's no broker fee.
