Does anyone know anything about this building? Is it mostly owner-occupied or are there alor of rentals? Any security issues because of all the entrances to the building? Thanks.

Don't know that much other than it has high ceilings bcs it is a converted failed dept store (Gimbels? or Alexander's?)
