been discussed but seeing how it's getting picked up by so many... its' going swine flu viral as we speak...
the statistician in me wonders if this thing going viral will "cause" nyc re mkt to fall? or correlation... like the January effect or chartists?
Many of us have been saying "overshoot" for a LONG time. That the problem with RE markets. The same lack of liquidity leading to inertia on the upside means inertia on the downside.
