Someone made the comment a RE purchase is about putting a roof over your head and cannot be equated to "investing." 1) yep no financial asset can be leveraged 20 to 1 or greater; 2) NYC RE ceased to be about "roof over one's head" about 10 yrs ago..... Chicken for dinner... no more dogs and cats, got it got it...
