What does O/H mean?

So 2 years is the longest i can sublet no matter how long i live there?

What oldbroker said, plus "I have such poor communication skills that it will be a nightmare to deal with me on a go-forward basis", plus "you'll never figure out the 'Only O/H' part ... once per hour?"

That is our building's policy too -- and most likely what the broker meant.

That was the stated policy in my bldg. We also wrote in a hardship exception, e.g., job relocation, divorce, etc. This was back in the early 90s, and we had one sublet I can recall where we permitted a hardship exception.

If you don't like the building's policy, buy in another building. Or buy a condo.
