Just found this great site and want to post my question here. I am shopping for a studio in bklyn heights for my son. Looked at a few and these two seem like good deals (given my budget). Anyone familiar with these buildings? NYLife - A friend of mine is looking to get rid of her studio (currently rented). Its not listed but she just got married and doesn't need a place of her own. If you want to speak to her - let me know you contact info.
