Alpine, its been like 2 years now. Are you really this dumb?

We've said time and time again that stocks DO exhibit v shaped recoveries, and RE does not.

When you're done fighting with strawmen, let us know. Clearly thats all you can hendle right now.

yes funny how the bulls on these boards discount stock markets swoons as negatively affecting RE but the recent bear market rally is now a boon for RE.

Hypocrisy was always their strong suit.

Also, don't forget "manhattan is different". We can't look at national trends for Manhattan insight.
Except when, of course, that would support their case.
