Are there any good deals out there for summer rentals? Are agents offering any incentives like they are in Manhattan?

I am renting a reonvated 3 br ranch with heated pool for august thru labor day in westhampton (close to town) for $7K including all utilities except electricity and propane. Those are both variable costs I think a renter should oay for. If I run the A/C all month I should pay, same with propane to heat the pool. All the other lawn/ pool/garbagae/ tv/interent/phone..etc are included (as they should be). Asking was $12K.
