Discussion about 249 East 10th Street in East Village
This apartment is really a 2 bedroom with a basement. The broker who showed it to me called it "spacious". Beg to differ. Low ceilings, cramped rooms. The basement room has a pipe running through it along the ceiling that reminds me of a basement pipe I once saw a large rat run across. I'm sure this is a good space for 1800. Seems wildly overprice at the current rate.
