Discussion about
If you have a 4bdrm+ apt on the UWS where an apartment is for sale, but owner is desperate enough to want to rent it (even though its not listed), i would be interested...wierd that 4bdrm rental inventory is so weak right now...

I was looking for the same beast - 4br in high 60s, 70s. I saw a few (mostly apts in brownstones) that I nixed for various reasons. There are never many Classic 7s for rent in prime UWS, and the postwar buildings rarely incorporated 4brs in the mix.

What location are you looking for?

I just pulled a search and found 4, 4 bedroom apts ranging from $7,000-11,000 - 3 in the mid 80's and one in the high 90's.
All but one is no fee.
email me if you'd like to see something.

Let me know if you haven't seen.

"wierd that 4bdrm rental inventory is so weak right now"

What percentage of housing stock do you think are 4 br apartments?
