Pros: nice building, high ceilings, big rooms, best steaks in NYC a block away, great food at Marlow and Diner. Walk to the action on Bedford.
Cons: it's South Williamsburg

pros: it's South Williamsburg. kinda close to J/M/Z.

cons: long way to L train, meager park selection (grand st park might be closest... it's awesome but small). bridge noise?
