Increasing home mortgage rates affecting offers

Anyone seen this happen? Just as a thaw was coming to slow inventory, has the increase in mortgage rates in the last month (10 yr Treasury + 1%) affected the willingness of buyers? Or has it made them more receptive to offerings which may be the cause of the thaw?

I think rates are less important than the actual decline in price levels. Im a buyer and Im hoping for rates to go up to drop prices further
