What's Going on with the Clinton Hill Rental Market

Within the last 1-2 weeks a tremendous number of the cheaper listings seem to have rented, and there appears to be very little available within the Clinton Hill Historic District, as opposed to Bed-Stuy or less well-located areas such as Atlantic Avenue or west of Myrtle. Has anybody else noticed that?
