What right does a school district have to invest in CDOs. Correction CDO'S are not an asset class they are an investment vehicle. They invested in
Scrapple.

Cuomo put his campaign funds - the ones he'd be using within a year - in hedge funds. Governments in europe bought this crap.

Hell, half of America bought a bubble real estate asset.

Why the surprise?

We think government is going to be SMARTER than dumb americans?
