Discussion about 200 11th Avenue in West Chelsea
Does anyone know what's going on with this building? Seems like construction has slowed to a snail's pace? Seems mostly sold out so wondering why its taking them so long to complete it. Was supposed to be done Q408.

Yes, Dominico Dolce of Dolce&Gabbna just closed on a combination of penthouse lower unit for a $29M.

Have there been any more closings in this building? Or is SE just missing the closings?

I see Mr. Dolce's two units and one other deal. Have only 3 units closed here?
