I watched as CarolSt took her crack at te SE crowd. Probably seemed like a good idea when her boss said," why don't you get off your ass and get on-line and see if you can't spread a little cheer and reverse this zeitgiest!". I have to admit, Carol beat that hornets nest like it was a pineta on her birthday and, she did not go down without a fight. This is what's special about some brokers. In the face of all that is said and explained they can ardently adhere to their core notions. If they had a collective mantra it would be, 'Don't confuse me with facts, my mind is made up'.

No no, I sold my Harlem house two years ago (bought in 2001) so I have a nice size downpayment to invest. Why rent when I can own? Maybe I can find a broker who's willing to show places on the LIC waterfront. Is there a directory of LIC brokers?
