Does anyone have any idea where rentals on two bedrooms are going through at now. What do people think fair value for a two bedroom there would be considering comparables in Brooklyn Hts, Carroll gardens, and Cobble Hill. Thnks

check out the two trees web site. Lots of comps - their apartments are mostly similar quality / finishes (they developed many of them). Good for comps.
