chelsea tower vs. vanguard chelsea

Hi does anyone have an opinion on which of these two buildings (Chelsea Tower or Vanguard Chelsea) is better if I'm equal between the two?

I don't typically hear bad things about Vanguard Chelsea, but I have heard some stories about the management @ 100 W 26th. But, then, we're talking about rentals... So, I'd recommend that you get a unit in either bldg. that interests you.
