I don't care for Donald & wouldn't want to support him in any way. I also see that there are an awful lot of units for sale but of course there are 370 units in the building so maybe that's not so many after all. It seems to have a great location & I can imagine you can see forever.

Even thought there are 370 units in the building, it still looks like there are far too many for sale right now. I would do my homework if I were you. That building is 6 years old, so it's not like these units were just finished. Looks like lots of owners are trying to get out at once or the building is selling the rental units.

This building also had trouble selling originally, I understand, but whether that was the market or the units themselves I don't know.

The location is nice but out of the way, that could be part of the problem.

ask about the assessment used to pay back donald for the 421a abatement lawyers - makes the 421a abatement useless and takes away your tax benefit.
