There are more articles about NYC fraud in the Dailey News. One of the people involved in the fraudulent transfer of this property was Epko Steele. According to what I've read online, he was a broker who started doing fraud and was convicted for those crimes in 2004. Google his name and articles will pop up. The paperwork was notarized by an "imaginary" notary. They used a fake name and notary stamp number to do the transactions. Any Deed with the name Epko Steele should be considered fraud.
