mdasch, look more closely at the sales activity. the top four units are listed as unavailable, not as being in contract. others have no record of closing, might have, but maybe not. ACRIS would provide a clearer picture, but i don't do ACRIS. a number of the sales recorded are for storage and parking spaces.

aboutready is mostly right here - the 4 listed are indeed available, but they aren't the only ones that haven't closed, at least according to StreetEasy (which has gotten better about picking up ACRIS closings in a timely manner). The rest are probably in contract, which is no sure thing of course. 23 are listed as definitely closed here, and I got the same number from ACRIS. Not bad though - I didn't like the units I saw, but the project is most likely a success from the sponsor's standpoint.

Ah. I see. I had been keeping an eye on it, and noticed that according to SE, there is nothing 'in contract'.
