www.UrbanSherpaNY.com seems like a really good website for finding a no fee rental apartment in Manhattan without a broker. I was wondering what you guys thought of it. I have contacted a few owners on some of their listings and they seem to be accurate. It just seems fishy that they would give this information away for free.

Why not? Nybits.com is another. I am sure there are others. Shiznit happens.

I took a look. Not much better than nybits or streeteasy, but not worthless.

We send our listings to NYBits and StreetEasy and have found that both sites are pretty diligent in making updates and maintaining accuracy...all our listings are no-fee...(www.rosenyc.com)

It seems like www.urbansherpany.com has your listings as well rose, i highly recommend them. I just rented an apartment from Abington Management through www.urbansherpany.com - they even gave me a second month free. Thanks for your help guys.
