Bergen has much higher property taxes than NYC.

And in Bergen, many towns have a median price of well over $ 1 million. Alpine's median is $3.4 million, making it the most expensive zip code in the U.S... well ahead of Manhattan.

Alpine, you can repeat it on as many threads as you want, but it doesn't make it true.
