Related Rentals is offering a special through Equinox Fitness clubs until September 30: • Six weeks free rent (1.5 months off a 13.5 month lease) • Complimentary move to your new Related residence • Related will pay your monthly dues for Equinox for 1 year Granted, Related apts are much more expensive than others, but these are significant incentives which must mean that they are struggling to find people to rent their properties to.

Related was offering 1 month free at the beginning of the year. Hardly anything new.
Rockrose was offering 2 months and the moving expenses at the beginning of the year.

I'd rather take the "net effective" lower rent.

Not sure if there is a link for the Related offer. As an Equinox member, I got an email from Equinox yesterday with the offer. My understanding was that it was only offered to current Equinox members, but that could be wrong.

I have a $150K salary + substantial bonus, and I think Equinox is absurdly expensive. And yeah, it is clean, but you aren't getting the same quality as Chelsea Piers or Reebok.
