falcogold1.. I think we are ALL awaiting data points on NYC RE. That's where the lull is, the bears have pretty much convinced themselves that we are headed down, the bulls are accepting the down, but trying to call a BOTTOM and we are into the summer doldrums... so we keep ourselves amused till the units that are closing in the last 2 months get ACRISable.... just my two Kronas (Bergen is a beautiful little town w/ the most amazing fish market, I was there at the summer solstice when the sun never set.... pretty cool to see the sun almost set but never get there)....off topic :)
