That's just one broker.
I'm sure there are a lot more.

Sorry, it SOLD for 2004 prices. She lists a few like that. So yes bulls, activity has picked up per this broker, but only at greatly reduced prices...and even in the village, gramercy, etc. Still think Manhattan real estate never gos down ever never ever forever never?
