market is on fire

I don't usually put a lot of stock in what NY Magazine has to say, but definitely open houses are busier than a year ago, and closed sales that went to contract around bonus time are at higher prices than a year earlier.

I hope the market is going up, as we bought last year. But, I put little to no stock in NY Magazine, as it is a gossip rag that devotes several pages at the end to ads from prostitutes and boob job doctors.

And that's the QUALITY part of the magazine.

I don't know that it's the Bible, but I really like NY Magazine. I find some interesting, informative, articles with a New York vibe. It's not the NY Times but they've been slipping of late, haven't they?
