the broker should be fired:

i don't understand what's so unusual about it...

transverses? they mean streets?

I would hope that the 24 hr doorman would greet you no matter when you arrived!

good luck getting $765K on that one - it's a 1 bedroom -- so my guess is that bought at top of market and paid about $250K more than it's worth. it's basically a $500K apt
