"Penthouse" Sag Main Street $1.7M???

Is this price an error? An apartment above a shop on Main Street for more than $1.5M? It's low enough to get the street conversations, and the sirens from the adjacent fire station, no yard, pool or privacy. Has anyone checked it out? Seems like a kind of cool place for a share with all the bedrooms and w/in walking distance to the summer jobs, but there are condos on the water, and houses w. 5,0000 sf going for less. Anyone seen this? My curiosity has been piqued! Thanks!
