http://www.crainsnewyork.com/article/20090618/FREE/906189977 The city:The city’s unemployment rate spiked in May, increasing a full percentage point to its highest level since October 1997. The State:That brought the state’s unemployment rate to 8.2%, up from 7.7% in the previous month and its highest level since February 1993. In the state, some 802,400 people were unemployed in May, according to the department of labor. That’s the highest level since July 1976. If I add this ingredient to the recipe does it make the RE market rise?

By the way, while most of us toiled away at work th efederal goverment is spending like drunk sailors on shore leave. Why just today an additional 105 billion was added (I said, added as in, in addition to) to the already bloated Afgan budget. With this kind of money maybe they can be paid to be good. I can't believe I'm writing this but, screw them. I know the Taliban are bad guys who support our foes and most afgans are peace loving good guys but at a certian point you have got to cut them lose. This is a type of conflict that can bankrupt a country with no positive result. Ask the Russians how it worked out for them?

We laughski at the Americanski for their inability to learnski from the actions of others. (lame attempt at russian)

How about 105 billion for job training?
I'll teach you how to speak afgani and find a job for you in Kandahar!
