Hi- hoping street easy may be somewhat resourceful and helpful. I currently have a lease at 330 First avenue (19th and 1st) in stuytown that i am looking to break. I currently have a lease at 330 First avenue (19th and 1st) in stuytown that i am looking to break. It ends on May 31, 2010, and would be available for july 15th 2009.
the apartment is renovated in the natural finsh, has empire state building views, etc.. it can be converted to a 3 bed.
We NEED to break our lease.. we are offering 3 months rent to the person who can assume our lease until the end of the year..
It is PS 40 school district, pet friendly, etc.. here is our craigslist post.

And Tishman won't let you buy out for the same $9,000 ... with less aggravation to you?

our rent is 4225.. we are offering 12675 (2 months up front and then you get our security at the end) and no they will not help.. anyone on this site can offer to help too if you have friends or people looking- and in turn we will give u money..
the craigslist ad reads 3k bc that is the amortized rent on a 10.5 month lease.. but there is nothing else on first avenue! or ps 40 thats in stuytown
