Ok, those of you who live there, are looking there, own or rent there -- what in your opinion are the best areas and buildings. Which brokers would you recommend?

To buy, stick with the buildings that have their own interior gardens, as you'll appreciate having the green space. People I knew liked The Towers--has a mellow board and a younger crowd than some of the others--but is also probably the most expensive. I would probably recommend Daniel Karatzas at Michelle Boudion Realty (can't vouch for any of that spelling); he's very honest.
