I am trying to rent my 1 bedroom condo on 37th street and 1st avenue. I have tried craigslist but there is just so much garbage there that i am not sure i will find the right tenant. Anyway the apt is 720 sq ft, furnished but can be unfurnished as well...renovated with poggenpohl kitchen, bosch dishwasher, liebherr refrigerator, has marble bath.
