TIME says Manhattan RE to drop another 40%. Let's say they are only half right... even 20% from where we are now is a crushing blow to sellers. http://www.time.com/time/business/article/0,8599,1905085,00.html?cnn=yes

This article does not say Manhattan RE. It says NY metro area including NEW JERSEY and WESTCHESTER. The 'article' is only a few paragraphs. Did you bother to read it all?
