Obviously this agent doesn't know too much about this neighborhood. This house is in Lefferts Manor, which has a deeded one-family covenant on all properties. There's even a street sign just a few feet away from this building that specifies that these houses are all only for one-family use. Anyone trying to rent any part of this house out would very quickly run afoul of the Lefferts Manor Association, which keeps a close eye on these things.
