Dial Rem - No Answer!

Discussion about One Madison at 23 East 22nd Street in Flatiron
A friend of mine called the office to get information on buying into the Rem building. Nobody returned the call. Could be a mistake, or it could say something about the status of the building. Is the sales office still open in Soho?

There has not been any work at the building site in months. Speculation on WiredNewYork is that the building is dead and the fact that the sales office does not return calls would seem to confirm that. Also, buyers in OMP will not wait for the lobby or entrance they were promised on 22nd St., which will be part of whatever structure Slazer eventually erects there. But then again, it seems that OMP is proceeding at an absurdly slow pace for some reason.
