Warped Floors in Pre-War 1BR

If the hardwood floors in a (prewar condo) building are warped can they be replaced with a new floor that will be level? How big of a project is this? Say it's 700sq feet, want high quality would - what would be an estimated cost? thanks for any help

You need to give a much more detailed explanation of what physical condition exists to get a real answer.
