Why are the apartments in this building so dumpy? I saw a few and was like..ew.

This just in - a woman was found on the kitchen floor in one of the units with her throat slashed. What does THAT do to sales?

I wonder if you thought the units were "dumpy" because they do tend to be smallish because it is a conversion of an iconic old hotel.

The Building is a bad place to put an offer as the Sponsor steals good deals so dont spend any money making an offer here --
