Yes, in that there are a SURPRISING amount of flagrantly effeminate gay black and Latino men who literally sashay and shantay througout Harlem, and I never seen anyone be harassed or even paid attention to. I mean its is SHOCKING for someone like me born and raised in SF, who has only lived there, London, and Manhattan, how open they are. And I am seeing many more obviously white ex-Chelsea boy types up here as well.

That having been said, you are more surrounded by projects with the shiftless youths lallygagging about than I am on 120th, so I can't say about that specific block...
