I walked by this building today. Has this building really sold NO units in 2/3 of a year? http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/building/303-east-77th-street-new_york and cheers to the one construction worker who I witnessed strike up a conversation with a female on the street just by a "Hello, what is your name?"
