I've been idly curious about this building for awhile. Across the board all units on the market have had price reductions. But is it enough? Have not been to see it, so no personal experience here. I thought it was worth issuing a new thread- since the old one hasn't been dug up in awhile. Overall I liked this building, but I thought it was terribly overpriced and I didn't like the finishes in the kitchen.

I am not sure what the hold up was/is but you have a lot in contract that will probably bail if they don't finish this project soon.

You have a lot of improvement projects within the immediate few blocks, and a new construction building too- http://415west.com/ . Honestly this new building seems out of place in the vicinity of Convent Ave.- but that is just my 2 cents worth.
