Its funny that someone who works for the MTA could make too much to qualify for moderate income housing or rent control, but thousands of secretaries, mail room guys, back office workers, and even retail stockbrokers could.

Have to repeat, www.seethroughny.net is wonderful. Salary figures for 1,000,000-odd public employees, teachers, etc., searchable by name. Just found an in-law's in-law. More fun than I've had in a while....
