jason, I really have to question the totals they put out there. As discussed here before:

I definitely think there's a lot in the pipeline, but I'd really be curious to see how they put that together. Are they counting Domino, which may not get built for years, if ever? That's what, over 2,000 units right there? And additional Edge and NSP towers? I know there's a lot of construction, but for things to be ready that quickly, I just haven't seen THAT much.
