building at 77 East 12th Street

Hands down THE WORST BUILDING I've ever lived in. You are promised amenities that you DO NOT receive. It is considered a "luxury" building, but it is the FURTHEST THING FROM LUXURY. DON'T BE FOOLED as I was.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with a negative review of 77 East 12th street! I lived in the building for a year, and it was the worst year of my life. What a dump! How many times can one person walk through the lobby holding packages, barely able to walk because of them, and have the doormen sit and watch you struggle? What am I paying for? That, on top of the roaches and mice in my apartment! Ew! Terrible building, couldn't get out of there fast enough!

Interesting that these anonymous people can post complaints with nothing to back it up. I've been in the building over 10 years and have never had a roach in my apartment. There were a few mice like 8 years ago but there havent been in ages. I can t imagine any amenities someone was promised and didnt get. Its a full service building. Theres a great system for deliveries and packages. They take care of your trash and recyclables. Its not like there is a concierge.
