rental market in reverse?

whats the deal---throwing it out there-are prices starting to reverse or slow? and what will that do for sale prices?

I think the rental market is strong. It was probably was a bit weaker in Jan, Feb and March than last year but it's starting to heat up again and I defintiely believe that toward the latter part of April, May and June the makrket will be equally if not stronger than last year.

rent in my building are up 10% this month for those who have received a renewal offer!

no but if you listen to the anti-buyers, they claim rents are gonna be waaay down! You guys must be lying!

when will it crack-looking to either keep renting or make a purchase? $$ differential is negligible-so not sure if I should plunk down and purchase-with the hope the market doesnt go back up or keep renting for another year.

One thing I learned on this site is that if you rent you KNOW your rent will increase; if you buy with a fixed rate mortgage you know what your 'rent' will be long into the future.
