Any bets on what happened to this one? It goes into contract, after 2 months, comes back on the market with an additional 5% price reduction.
Earlier this month, I wrote about how I thought a significant portion of the inventory that went into contract during the spring uptick, would fall back out. Most primarily due to interest rate increases, and unattainable financing.
My bet is that the bank probably gave this a low appraisal, same apartment on a different floor in contract for much less, leading buyer to start questioning soundness of the deal, and asking for a large concession, one that the seller was not willing to take.

I'd also bet that the financing fell through.
It's large for a one-bedroom of its vintage, but a good chunk of the space is windowless interior. No way $900K. The $600K they paid for it in 2003, maybe.

They call the hallway leading back to the bedroom a "library/office". Is this what we're calling hallways these days?
