2 bed for $499?

becuase it's only 800 square feet, which is VERY small for a 2 bedroom

it's less than 750 sq ft based on the floorplan.
it's a smallish Jr 4. there's not much space in the 2nd bedroom.
it either faces 3rd Ave or the building opposite, kind of hard to tell.
the biggest problem is the maintenance at $1,572. that's more than $2 per sq ft.

It's a railroad apt with the bedrooms on each end plus an alcove. Very low maintenance too. Only 1 floor walk up.

reddog, if they were kind enough to post a floorplan then we could choose a winner. Like it is, the answer is none.

It isn't actually a 2-bedroom. It is a one-bedroom with a converted dining area. Tiny, and there's no logical place to cram your dinner table. These apartments are a dime a dozen on the UES. It is actually an overpriced one-bedroom with slightly inflated s/f statement.

trompy, take a rectangle and divide it into 5 pieces. starting from the north end we have a bed room, alcove, kitchen, living room and another bedroom. check out the pics and you can figure it out.
