ACRIS - ever wrong?

Has anyone ever found ACRIS to have incorrect apartment sales information? I was using a listed co-op unit sale as a comparison to a unit currently on the market. I mentioned the sales price to the selling broker, and the broker said that the information was incorrect. I find it hard to believe. Anyone else ever find incorrect information listed?

It is possible, but unlikely. You should look at the document images from the documents filed (available on the ACRIS site). Let us know if you find any differences, I haven't seen any before.
